Detta är en ganska ny irländsk whisky distillery. De gör irländsk Whiskey, Vodka och den bästa Gin jag någonsin har haft. Mycket intressant rundtur i sin anläggning. Pratade om koppar ta stillbilder och sedan vi hade möjlighet att prova Vodka och Gin. De redan hade löper genom deras första körningen av irländsk Whiskey. (Fortfarande nya) .

Flavorwise ,Dingle Gin lies somewhere between eucalyptus and mint, and then before the finish there’s another left turn with peppery crispness: coriander, cubeb pepper, and herbal green-ness. Finish: The finish is medium in length, mostly mint/herbal notes. Gentle warmth on the back palate.
